The Central City Developers Group (CCDG) is a monthly forum for networking and sharing best practices and project development. Each session provides information on various resources available including, but not limited to:

The Columbus, OH housing market experienced a significant shift in the past year as a result of rising mortgage rates and increasing home prices. Inflation played a major role in driving up mortgage rates throughout 2022. Despite these challenges, the demand for housing in the Columbus area remained strong, which ultimately led to a surge in home prices. In this presentation, we will closely examine the housing data from 2022 in Columbus and nearby areas in order to provide a comprehensive analysis and forecast for the housing market in 2023. By examining the trends and patterns in the market, we aim to provide valuable insights and projections that will benefit both buyers and sellers navigating the dynamic Columbus housing market.
